Taking shilajit has definitely helped me with alot of things. Firstly I just want to start off with the fact this has numerous minerals your body requires to break down any fat you desire and the fulvic acid I believe is an imperative natural occurring substance. It's an acquired taste, so best to start off with a small dose & build up gradually.
Already started to notice my skin is a lot clearer & softer. Haven't noticed any difference in mental clarity yet but I'm sure I will notice a difference over time.

Also noticed I'm starting to shed weight. Might only be gradual as it's early days but it's better than nothing.
