At TheGreenArk, we offer a convenient subscription service for Pure Himalayan Shilajit to ensure you never run out of your essential wellness supplement. Please read the following terms carefully before subscribing.

1. Subscription Options

Our subscription service is available exclusively for Pure Himalayan Shilajit and offers flexible frequency options based on jar size:

  • 20g Jar: Every 1 month or 2 months
  • 30g Jar: Every 2 months or 4 months
  • 50g Jar: Every 3 months or 6 months

2. Subscription Discounts

Subscribers receive an exclusive discount based on the jar size:

  • 20g Jar: 15% off
  • 30g Jar: 20% off
  • 50g Jar: 25% off

The discount is automatically applied at checkout and remains valid for as long as your subscription is active.

3. Billing & Payments

  • Subscriptions are pay-as-you-go, meaning you will be charged automatically on your selected schedule.
  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
  • Charges will continue until you cancel your subscription.

4. Managing Your Subscription

  • You can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account or contacting our support team at support@thegreenark.co.uk.
  • An email reminder will be sent 3 days before your upcoming order. If you wish to cancel, you must do so at least 48 hours before renewal to avoid being charged.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • All subscription purchases are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on subscription orders.
  • If you have any issues with your order, please get in touch with us at support@thegreenark.co.uk, and we will be happy to assist.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • First subscription order: Ships within 2 days of purchase.
  • Future subscription orders: Ship automatically based on your chosen frequency.
  • Free shipping: Available on all orders over £85, including subscription orders.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime without penalties.
  • There are no restrictions on resubscribing in the future.
